Facilities Maintenance HVAC Technician

The Facilities Maintenance HVAC Technician provides maintenance services for Sight & Sound properties including HVAC equipment, vehicles, and all S&S buildings and properties. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Diagnose and troubleshoot problems with HVAC equipment. Perform preventative maintenance tasks and inspections with HVAC equipment. Carry out repairs for HVAC components and oversee replacement of HVAC equipment. Contribute to the overall upkeep and integrity of all Sight & Sound buildings and properties. Support the maintaining of departmental and facility equipment, vehicles, inspections, and cleaning. Partner to create and maintain an orderly, clean, and safe work environment to include all grounds and facility working areas. Prerequisites: Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proven problem solver Positive attitude with a servant-hearted nature Detail oriented Experience in driving equipment and vehicles that are used on a large commercial facility Valid driver's license In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire.
