Contract/Rate Administration Specialist

Overview: The Contract/Rate Administration Specialist is responsible for entering customer documents (contract, rates, accessorials and fuel) in a timely and accurate manner. The Contract/Rate Administration Specialist works with the Revenue team to ensure the Revenue reports reflect the correct customer rates and invoices are billed with the correct documentation. Responsibilities: Responsible for mass uploading all contracted rate imports within Tariffs application of TMW suites daily. Accurately enter all contracted rates, accessorial and fuel within Tariffs application of TMW suites daily. Electronically store contracts, rates, accessorial and fuel within Agiloft system daily. Identify and update any missing, inaccurate or revised mileage programs within Tariffs application of TMW suites daily. Send out FAK lists via excel spreadsheets weekly. Send out a report of all contracts and accessorial received weekly. Employee may perform other related duties as required to meet the ongoing needs of Covenant Transport Services. Qualifications: Knowledge Skills, and Abilities Great computer skills, including Microsoft Office Consistent, accurate, thorough, and detail-oriented Good organizational skills Solid communication skills, written and verbal Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment Education and Experience Experience in billing and transportation or similar area Must have high school diploma or equivalent Competitive Compensation Covenants compensation philosophys intent is to use a competitive total compensation strategy to determine the current market value of a position while also considering individual factors such as performance in current position, time in seat of current position, experience, level of responsibility/accountability, and longevity with the company.
