CNC Programmer

Our client is a premier fabricator and installer of natural and engineered stone countertops with huge opportunity for both short-term and long-term growth. RESPONSIBILITIES : We're looking for highly qualified candidates so you likely know the responsibilities but here are a few of the most important. Program and operate CNC machines to craft custom stone countertops Set up and maintain machines for optimal performance Interpret blueprints and specifications with precision to ensure production sheets and templates match before cuts Function as the Assistant Production Manager to prepare to lead your own shift Top tier candidates will also understand templating, fabrication and installation REQUIREMENTS : 5+ years experience operating Breton CNC machines or similar 2+ years experience templating (Digital and wooden stick) (Preferred) 2+ years experience stone installation (Preferred) COMPENSATION : $70,000-$85,000 base salary (templating and fabrication knowledge/experience required for higher comps) Performance bonuses (10%+ of salary) Full benefits!
