For more information, please visit WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING We are seeking a dynamic and eager Senior Experiential Operations Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting and leading the planning, development, and execution of experiential marketing projects and events. They will possess and learn a keen understanding of consumer behavior, trends, and the ability to create immersive experiences that resonate with target audiences. This role requires a self-starter with an inquisitive mind, organization skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously. Responsibilities: Partner with project managers and clients to help execute project objectives, scope, and deliverables Identify and negotiate contracts with vendors, suppliers, and partners Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, catering, equipment rentals, and transportation Assist project managers with budgets and financial tracking for events Lead onsite operations for assigned projects: Manage assigned crew to ensure proper instruction and equipment is provided for the successful execution of the event Incorporate new ideas and innovations into project strategies by staying informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in experiential marketing Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate the success of experiential marketing initiatives. Analyze data and provide actionable insights to optimize future campaigns Partner with the Logistics and Operations department to prep activation and load materials for transportation Assist with the unloading, assembling, set up, and breakdown process for event activation Inventory asset management Occasionally drive box trucks or small pickup trucks and trailers Maintain high standards of quality throughout the project lifecycle. Conduct post-event evaluations to assess performance and gather insights for future improvements THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU NEED Associate degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field 2 years proven experience in Live Event support, Marketing, Production, and/or Operations, preferably in experiential marketing or event management Strong communication, creative thinking, and problem solving skills Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail Willingness to learn project management tools and software Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities Flexibility to travel and work outside of regular business hours, as needed Ability to travel up to 65% of the time, mostly weekends and some holidays Ability to prioritize work remotely and in office Ability to use power tools and operate forklifts (upon training) General knowledge of A/V/L production equipment Ability to lift at least 50 lbs Ability to supervise a crew of 1-10 people Ability to adapt to new people, demands, and fast paced environments Wasserman does not discriminate on the basis of race, sex, color, religion, age, national origin, marital status, disability, veteran status, genetic information, sexual orientation, gender identity or any other reason prohibited by law in provision of employment opportunities and benefits.
