What's in it for you? $25 per hour ( PART-TIME 24 HOURS/WEEK) Schedule: Monday- Wednesday 401K, PTO, Referral program Awesome Company Culture Requirements As our chosen Maintenance Technician , every day you will be responsible for maintenance/cleaning common areas, including landscaping. Walk the property several times a day and eliminate trash/debris. Perform landscaping tasks: mowing, weed-eating, removal of all green waste debris. Empty trash, dusting and general cleaning. Identify or troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, irrigation repair issues. Columbus Greens ( 268 spaces ) is a beautiful Manufactured Housing community in Albany, OR and we want YOU to be our Maintenance Technician ! To thrive in this role: Prior experience performing light maintenance duties, carpentry, electrical and meter reads Knowledge of proper use of janitorial/landscaping tools and equipment, manual, electric and gas powered Provide excellent customer service to residents, coworkers and vendors Excellent time management skills Check out our Company and Community reviews!
