VNA Alliance currently serves Crawford, Mercer, and portions of Venango county and offers skilled nursing, palliative care, and therapy services. In addition to the mentioned, VNA Alliance offers additional medical services and implemented a Safe at Home program that is a clinical pathway to optimize outcomes in the acute care and home health care setting. VNA Alliance is hiring full or part-time Home Health Aides or Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join our team to cover parts of Meadville and our Crawford County service areas. The home health aide/Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is a paraprofessional staff member trained to provide personal care, activities of daily living, exercise programs, and related services in the home for the sick and disabled, when no family member can assume this responsibility. QUALIFICATIONS Ability to understand and carry out directions and instructions and keep appropriate records Reliable, independent means of transportation to make home visits.
