Regular Maintenance: Perform maintenance tasks to keep systems running smoothly. Problem Solving: Utilize your skills to identify and resolve issues effectively. Team Collaboration: Work with our team to provide exceptional service and ensure customer satisfaction. What We're Looking For Experience with hand and power tools. Familiarity with electrical meters and measuring devices. Ability to read technical documents and work packages. Strong communication skills for scheduling and interacting with customers and management. Knowledge of connecting motors, compressors, and controls. Strong reporting skills to document your work accurately. Leadership experience to mentor junior team members. Ability to work independently when needed. High school diploma or GED preferred (not required). EPA Universal Certification is a plus (not required). Five years of experience preferred (not required). Apprenticeship or military experience is advantageous (not required). Valid driver's license with a clean record. Must pass background checks for base access (not required). Proficiency in MS Office.
