Direct Client Requirement Position: Medallia Tech analyst Location: Montvale, NJ Type: Contract Skills Back-end Medallia experience, including: Building auto importers for new survey programs Doing file inflow reviews to understand the impact of file changes Building new surveys in Medallia (start to finish) Reviewing user access and permissions Building and simplifying org hierarchy Building lookup tables Build new roles Maintaining survey technical spec documentation Using Conversations Integrations with other systems (Jira, Salesforce) Front-end Medallia experience, including: Building net new reporting in Medallia Understanding Medallia's modules and implement modules comfortably Troubleshooting reporting issues Adding new data to reporting Building text analytics topics Setting alerts / rapid response templates and implementation in Medallia Medallia Digital Experience Building surveys start to finish in digital Closed loop feedback in Digital MPC Certified
