Here's a glimpse of what awaits you: What You'll Be Doing: Ensuring jobsite safety is a priority and conducting site safety audits. Dive into the exciting world of project engineering by reviewing and submitting shop drawings. Showcase your organizational skills by tracking project submittals and building construction project schedules. Take charge of monitoring and maintaining installed quantities, ensuring projects stay on track. Get hands-on experience in maintaining accurate cost reports and tracking, as well as assisting in estimating functions. Develop your skills in generating Requests for Information (RFI), a crucial aspect of project communication. Build relationships and enhance your communication skills by engaging with customers. Support the field team by addressing questions on design and customer requirements. Ensure your team adheres to contract requirements and take on additional duties as assigned. What You Bring: A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or other Engineering, or equivalent field experience 1-2 years of experience in Project Engineering, specifically in the Electrical sector. Technical expertise and understanding of all electrical systems that support the broad array of project types. Firm understanding and working knowledge of Microsoft Office & proficient with Microsoft Project, Revit and AutoCAD. Knowledge of electrical schematics and lean construction techniques preferred. Familiarity with T&D, Substation, Commercial, and Industrial electrical preferred. Ability to work on a team and with other departments to collectively meet the company and customers' needs. Ability to manage multiple priorities, external vendors, customer requirements and internal customer requests in an environment that is constantly changing. Excellent attention to detail. Self-starter, results-oriented, and ability to work under tight and pressured deadlines. Strong communication and organizational skills.
