Job Description: Completes accounts payable duties accurately at the corporate level, utilizes a computer, calculator and both operational and accounting systems comfortably. Assist in monthly closing Prepare and review all vouchers for payment i.e. proper signature approvals and coding Prepare vendor request forms for new vendors along with modification forms for existing vendors Reach out to vendors when applicable Prepare analysis of accounts, as required Print all accounts payable reports and maintains all accounts Perform other administrative duties as needed Qualifications : High School Diploma or Equivalent required Proven basic accounting knowledge Ability to multi-task Strong PC skills with proficient use of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook Good time management skill set Benefits: As an Accounts Payable Coordinator, you will be part of an evolving organization that built its reputation on providing our customers with the best possible service.
