This position will be a hybrid work arrangement, which translates to 2-3 days minimum per week in the office. Job Purpose / Background: HarbourVest Partners is seeking an experienced product manager to shape the vision and strategy for our diverse suite of enterprise solutions. This pivotal role bridges multiple business teams and drives innovation at the intersection of business and technology. Key Responsibilities: Partner with business leaders and Information Technology (IT) management to define the product vision and strategy for our enterprise systems that aligns with organizational objectives, business goals, and stakeholder needs. Create and maintain a detailed product roadmap. Champion the roadmap and build alignment across HarbourVest. Establish key performance indictors and metrics to measure value add and product success. Clearly articulate the business value to engineering and delivery teams, defining the 'who', 'what', 'why' and collaborating with engineering and the vendor to determine the 'how' and 'when'. Engage with business stakeholders and IT teams to prioritize the backlog and make decisions on tradeoffs. Facilitate regular communication with stakeholders to keep them informed of product updates. Leverage data and user feedback to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement. Qualifications: 5-8 years of product management or related experience Hands on experience with Private Equity and back-office systems Demonstrated success in defining and building products Strong understanding of product management principles and Agile methodologies. Relationship building and collaboration skills across diverse and matrixed stakeholders Organizational, problem-solving and planning skills, including the ability to multi-task Strong team player mindset, with ability to lead and influence Ability to surface, prioritize, and balance multiple stakeholder priorities Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to deliver presentations and communicate across all levels within the organization. #LI-Hybrid
