Primary Purpose: This role will be responsible for leading end to end global marketing campaign, from development of the strategies to creative assets and partnering closely with other cross functional team and region, local leaders to launch the campaign. This individual will develop 1) strategic recommendation for Spring/Summer season, 2) brief for internal and external partners based on consumer insights, 3) campaign idea and creative assets that fits the need of markets and partnering with other marketing team on media planning and measurement of the campaign's success. Leveraging deep consumer insights and data to identify key opportunities with our target consumers and provide strategic recommendation for the campaigns Leading development of the campaign partnering closely with internal team (e.g. product, visual experience, data analytics) and external team (e.g. creative agencies, media partners) Drive robust test and learn agenda around creative ideas, creative assets and campaign effectiveness to make informed choices about integrated marketing campaigns Collaborate effectively with regional and local country marketing team to deliver effective campaign and assets that can drive impact across the globe Be brand guardian to see all Coach marketing campaigns and assets be on brand purpose The accomplished individual will possess... 7+ years' experience in brand marketing, integrated marketing planning Exceptional organization skills, with thorough attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to prioritize, be nimble, and adaptable while meeting deadlines. Driven self-starter with comfort operating in areas of ambiguity. Curiosity and resourcefulness, ability to proactively identify and resolve problems. Bias toward action, with the ability to work independently.
