Job Type Full-time Description Job Title: Maintenance Technician II Reports to: Property Manager Property Details: Northwood on the Trail is a 254-unit multifamily tax credit development. Essential Duties: Perform general punch requirements Grounds and equipment upkeep Snow removal Basic service requests such as: Replacing lightbulbs/light kits, Unclogging toilets, Garbage disposal installation/repair, Basic water heater repair, Basic cleaning and resident services Repairing plumbing, appliance, electrical, and carpentry Maintain work order systems, logs, and other records as needed Timely reporting of incidents that include property loss or work-related injuries On-call duty and weekend work schedules to be expected to emergency maintenance service Requirements 2-years minimum experience in the Maintenance Field EPA & HVAC Certifications preferred Must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and pass a criminal background check Must have strongly developed intuition; must be able to analyze problems and find solutions Must be able to work with moderate to minimal direct supervision Good human relation skills demonstrating the ability to deal with Residents, Peers, and Supervisors Must be comfortable using a computer and Smartphone Disclaimer: TWG participates in the federal government's E-Verify program, which confirms employment authorization of all newly hired employees and most existing employees through an electronic database maintained by the Social Security Administration and Department of Homeland Security.
