Position: Teller (Part-time) As a Teller at High Point Federal Credit Union, you will play a vital role in fostering exceptional service that aligns with our Mission, Vision, & Values. Your purpose: Develop and maintain strong Member Relationships to provide service consistent with our mission and values. Listen and look for cues and opportunities to assist members. Educate members on Credit Union products and services to strengthen their financial life. Accurately perform financial transactions in response to member requests. Elevate complex transactions as appropriate. We are looking for: Prior Cash handling skills Demonstrated experience in customer service. Associate's or equivalent with experience/education preferred You will: Learn about the finance industry. Develop meaningful relationships at work and in the community. Enhance professional development to build your career. Schedule / Location: Estimated 26 hrs per week: Monday, Thursday, Friday (11:30am-5:30pm) and Tuesday, Wednesday (11:30am-3:30pm) Eligible for voluntary double-time on Saturdays (8:30am - 12:00pm) This position is located in Portville, NY but local travel may be required based on operational need. This salary range only reflects base wages and does not include benefits or other types of compensation. Salary bands are purposefully wide ranging to encompass the different factors considered in determining where a candidate falls in the range, including but not limited to, seniority, performance, experience, education, and any other legitimate, non-discriminatory factor permitted by law.
