Key Responsibilities : Maximize Productivity : Lead cost-saving initiatives, process flow improvements, and automation solutions. Support Production: Document processes, improve efficiency, design CNC tooling/fixtures, and collaborate with Supply Chain and Operations. Support New Business: Work with Purchasing and Engineering on cost estimates and manufacturability for new business. Leadership: Lead improvement projects and mentor junior engineers. Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Engineering. 5+ years of experience in process optimization and cost-saving measures within CNC and manual machining environments. Proficiency in GD&T and CAD.
