Registered Nurse Home Care Keene NH $36-$42/HR Interim HealthCare  is currently seeking a full-time  Registered Nurse Case Manager  based out of our Keene office. The  Registered Nurse Case Manager  position is responsible for managing a defined caseload of patients providing direct patient care and comprehensive nursing services to individuals in the community.
