Warehouse Operator

Qualifications Required: Education: High School Diploma or GED is required. Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of computer functions. Warehouse Knowledge: Understanding of basic warehouse operations. Tool Proficiency: Ability to use hand tools effectively. Licensing: Must be able to obtain a license to operate Powered Material Handling Equipment (PMHE). Physical Ability: Capable of lifting up to 75 lbs. Work Environment: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to various climate conditions. Safety Commitment: Strong commitment to working safely at all times. Self-Management: Ability to work independently and manage tasks without direct supervision. Flexibility: Willingness to work occasional overtime or adapt to schedules as determined by management and business needs. Key Responsibilities: Palletizing: Transport finished products from production lines to the warehouse for storage and order fulfillment. SAP Knowledge: Basic understanding of SAP; troubleshooting is managed by Product Distribution Technicians. PMHE Operation: Operate Powered Material Handling Equipment (PMHE) to move, store, load, and unload hazardous finished products. Order Fulfillment: Physically pick, assemble, and load customer orders (LTL or Parcel shipments) across multiple product types and sizes. Inventory Management: Process inventory controls, shipping manifests, packing lists, and billing information using computer systems. Spill Management: Responsible for cleaning and assisting with any spills as necessary.
