Service Advisor

Jim Shorkey North Hills CDJR is hiring for a Service Advisor to join our team! If you are a highly motivated individual that can multitask and provide excellent customer service, then we want you! We are expanding our Service Departments at every dealership to accommodate our high volume and growth within our company. In this position, you will be the main point of contact for our valued customers, assisting them with their automotive service needs and making it a great experience. Job Responsibilities: Greeting our customers Actively listening to customers needs and scheduling appointments when needed Consulting mechanics regarding necessary repairs Providing customers with information and advice on their vehicle Using your knowledge of our products and services to sell of provide in-depth information about available parts and service options to our customers Maintaining positive customer relationship to ensure repeat business What we offer: Medical, dental, vison, disability insurance, life insurance, and 401K + match Employee discount Paid company issued uniforms. Prior experience is a preferred, but not required.
