Your IMPACT Supervise the Accounts Receivable process to minimize past due and improve cash flow. Review new customer credit evaluations, analyze existing customers, and recommend corrective measures. Monitor credit reporting for all customers, analyzing financial changes through online platforms. Supervise daily cash and debt management operations, including pay cycles and wire transfers. Monitor positive pay reporting and troubleshoot failed transmissions. Develop monthly cash forecasts related to Accounts Receivable collections. Prepare month-end reports to support leadership. Lead a team responsible for receivables, daily banking activities, and P-Cards. What We Are Looking For... A Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Mathematics, or a related field. At least 5 years of experience in treasury or related roles, ideally in transportation, manufacturing, or corporate settings. A passion for continuous improvement and knowledge of lean concepts.
