Role Responsibilities: Assist the Food and Beverage Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations of the restaurant and bars. Supervise and train staff to ensure exceptional customer service and operational efficiency. Collaborate with department heads to coordinate activities and maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation. Manage inventory, procurement, and vendor relationships to optimize cost efficiency and product quality. Support in implementing marketing strategies and promotional events to attract and retain customers. Monitor financial performance and assist in preparing inventory and financial reports. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations. Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally. Requirements Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience in a supervisory or assistant management role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a similar multifaceted venue. Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team building and staff development. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers, staff, and management. Solid understanding of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control. Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required. Preferred Skills and Qualifications: • 2+ years' work experience in food and beverage industry. • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus. • Certification in Food Handling and Safety. • Certification in T.I.P.S./alcohol awareness training Salary Description $60,000 to $65,000
