Position Summary: Responsible for Post-Closing Loan administration of Commercial, SBA, Residential and/or Consumer Loans Position Responsibilities: Post-close booking of Commercial, SBA, Residential and/or Consumer Loans. Post-close review of Residential and/or Consumer Loans. Process all on-going loan servicing activity (Advances, Pay downs, Interest Payments, Rate Changes, Payoffs, Taxes, Insurance and Collateral) Customer Service (Respond to internal and external inquiries) Process extensions and amendments for all product types. Monitor all reconciliation, suspense and past dues for assigned portfolio Ability to transfer servicing knowledge to other team members (i.e. training) Accountable to service all loans in accordance with all documents, policies and procedures Support management with various projects and audit requests Essential Skills and Experience: Bachelor Degree in Business Related Field Minimum 3-6 years working in a Loan Operations Department Strong communication skills Strong client interaction skill set Detail oriented Superior multi-tasking skills Experience with basic office programs and equipment including Microsoft Office Knowledge of Jack Henry System Silverlake a plus, not a requirement Knowledge of Synergy and Synergy Capture a plus, not a requirement Knowledge of Foresight (check imaging system) a plus, not a requirement Nonessential Skills and Experience: None Reporting to this position: No Direct Reports Physical Demands and Work Environment: The physical demands and work environment characteristics described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
