We are a leading home services provider and due to our continued growth we are looking for a knowledgeable and reliable individual to serve as an Account Executive. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for acquiring new heating oil and propane customers, selling service contracts, Smartpay budget programs, CARE and other home services. Responsibilities: As an Account Executive, you will develop client relationships and use your excellent communication and active listening skills to provide customers with exceptional service. Specific duties include: Sell heating oil, propane, service contracts and other home services Follow up and close company generated leads either by phone or in the field Work as a team with the Inside Sales call center to maximize close rate and new customer acquisition Work closely with delivery and service teams to insure new customer satisfaction Manage the Move in Move out (MIMO) process using the MIMO tracker to achieve company budgeted close rates for home retention Work the Multiple Listings (MLS) process to acquire new home owners as customers Use effective networking through groups and associations as well as customer referrals to generate additional leads Provide equipment leads to Residential Equipment Specialists Use Salesforce CRM to manage the business Requirements: As an Account Executive, you must be knowledgeable, pleasant and professional. You must possess the ability to function equally well in both a team environment and as a leader. You must also be highly detail-oriented and focused with an adaptable nature. It is also important that you display excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal and active listening skills as well as the ability to interact effectively with customers. Specific qualifications include: High School Diploma or Equivalent; college degree a plus 1+ years of Sales experience preferred Demonstrate character, integrity and ethical values Understands all sales processes and manages the business accordingly Valid driver's license and ability to meet the company's motor vehicle policy Benefits: As an Account Executive, you will be part of an evolving organization that built its reputation on providing our customers with the best possible service.
