This role is focused on client retention, growth, and ensuring customer requirements are met. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the energy or utilities industry and will act as the main point of contact for customers. Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key customer accounts, serving as their main point of contact for projects, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Sales and Growth: Generate sales within client accounts, including upselling and cross-selling services across different divisions of the company. Client Engagement: Schedule regular appointments, dinners, and events with customers to foster strong relationships and explore new business opportunities. Collaboration: Work closely with the operations team and Directors to ensure that client needs and demands are communicated and met. KPI and SLA Tracking: Forecast and track client account metrics, ensuring internal and external KPIs and SLAs are met. Business Expansion: Identify opportunities to grow the business with existing clients, collaborate with the sales team to reach prospective clients, and participate in industry trade shows to expand the company's footprint. Reporting: Keep detailed records of all client transactions and communications, reporting progress and results to senior leadership. Skills and Experience Required: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the energy or utilities industry. Proven ability to collaborate across departments to achieve organizational goals. Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills. Strong ability to present ideas and results to different stakeholders. Self-motivated, able to work independently, and take initiative when needed. Adaptable to fast-paced, ever-changing environments, with the ability to react quickly to challenges.
