Position Overview As a Supply Planner you will develop buy plans, optimizing inventory levels and projecting supply based on varying demand. Using data to help drive decisions, ensuring processes are in place to meet critical metrics and collaboration with cross-functional teams. You will engage cross functionally with Finance, Technology, Demand Planning, Inventory Management, Fulfillment Operations and Business/Commercial teams to ensure integrated forecast planning for businesses. What You Will Do Develop buy plans at the part level utilizing on hand inventory, forecasts, and safety stock along with other market related factors Prioritize inventory management activities based on SKU stratification Determine safety stock at the item level and maintain based on seasonality Review monthly forecasts with sales and demand teams to validate demand and review supply Provide data-based analysis for SKU rationalization recommendations Support and run new product introductions and transitions Reporting activities including compiling data for monthly S&OP meetings Highlight supply challenges to partners and work with factory liaisons to mitigate risks Meet or exceed KPI targets (inventory to sales ratio / % of active vs non-active inventory, days of supply etc.) Help define, implement and standardize business processes Support company and brand initiatives and goals Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in supply chain, mathematics, business, or related quantitative disciplines 5+ years of multifaceted planning experience. Consumer Products experience preferred. Advanced skills in Excel and knowledge of Kinaxis or other similar planning applications Core strength in planning concepts, principles, and standard processes Intermediate SQL skills is preferred, and Excel proficiency is required Salary Range $75,000 - $95,000 Annually. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on multiple factors, such as work location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, and experience.
