Job Overview: The Lead HRIS Analyst, Workday Integrations, plays a critical role within our client's organization, a global leader in drug development and delivery. This position is responsible for managing and optimizing the integration of the company's Global HR Information System (Workday) with various third-party systems. The role is vital for ensuring seamless data flow across multiple HR functions, including HCM, Payroll, Benefits, and Recruiting, and requires advanced technical skills and problem-solving abilities. Key Responsibilities: Integration Management: Develop, analyze, and maintain Workday integrations with third-party and downstream systems to ensure seamless data flow and system functionality. Data Migration: Support acquisition and divestiture initiatives by managing data migrations from/to Workday, addressing integration impacts. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with key business, HR, IT, and third-party stakeholders to gather requirements, design alternatives, and configure, test, and deploy integration solutions. Technical Support: Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to Workday integrations, providing expert guidance and recommending best practices. System Configuration: Assist the HR Technology team in configuring and testing integrations, particularly those that overlap with functional design or business process operations. Impact Evaluation: Evaluate, communicate, and coordinate the technical impacts of integration configuration decisions. Requirements include: Education: BA in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or Computer Systems. Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience in designing, building, testing, deploying, and troubleshooting integrations in Workday HCM, Benefits, Payroll, and Recruiting modules. 3+ years of experience in developing Workday custom reports, EIB, Core Connectors, Document Transformation, XSLT, and Workday Studio. Experience with SAP & Workday implementations. Skills: Advanced technical expertise in Workday integrations and related technologies. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Certifications: Workday Integrations and Workday Studio certifications are a plus. Key Competencies: Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of Workday integration tools and processes. Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve integration issues. Communication: Clear and effective communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences. Additional Information: Work Environment: This is a remote position, allowing for flexibility in work location while requiring close collaboration with global teams. Reporting Structure: This role reports to the HRIS Sr. Manager - Integrations and works closely with Corporate IT, Global Payroll, and HR Centers of Excellence.
