What you'll do: -Perform Commercial Plumbing service calls. -Installing project work such as re-pipes, bathroom remodels, sewer and water, dig replacements, water filtration. -Can confidently install tankless/tanked water heaters to code. -Can confidently install commercial drainage and water distribution line to code. -Can confidently install all commercial fixtures, toilets, lavatory faucets, kitchen faucets, tub/shower valve, etc. -Educate customers on plumbing parts and products when necessary. -Communicate with clients and customers. -Understand and adhere to local codes. -Various tasks assigned by all managers and subject to change based on company needs. Requirements: -6+ years plumbing experience in Commercial Plumbing - Passionate/Pride in work -Must be able to lift 50 to 100 lbs, climb in small spaces, climb ladders, work outdoors on a regular basis -Good Communication skills -Clean driving record -All candidates are subject to pre-employment drug screenings and background checks -All applicants shall, unless otherwise described in the job requirements, possess a valid driver's license and shall demonstrate safe driving practice by submitting a recent DMV Safe Driving Record. -We consider all applications based on demonstrated education, experience and skills.
