We are hiring a Director of Revenue Enablement to join our young, fast-growing company on our mission to help scientists create and share beautiful, professional scientific figures. As the Director of Revenue Enablement, you will design and launch this crucial function within BioRender. Your role will be pivotal in optimizing sales productivity by ensuring our revenue teams are equipped with the necessary tools, training, and resources to exceed their targets. You will be responsible for identifying gaps in current processes, spotting sales excellence, and recommending a holistic enablement strategy tailored to our unique needs. What You'll Be Doing: Define and Drive Strategy: Develop BioRender's revenue enablement strategy, roadmap, and success metrics across different roles and segments. Design and Implement Programs: Create and execute comprehensive enablement programs that enhance team performance and drive continuous improvement. Optimize Sales Productivity: Ensure that our revenue teams are equipped with the tools, training, and resources needed to exceed targets. Identify and Address Gaps: Spot sales excellence and identify gaps that can be addressed with repeatable processes, recommending tailored solutions. Design and execute full lifecycle enablement programs across key competencies. Lead and Scale the Team: Build and manage a high-performing team of sales and customer success enablement professionals. Train on Systems and Processes: Partner with Revenue Operations to train teams on new systems and processes. Measure and Improve: Develop systems to continuously measure performance and identify opportunities for education and coaching. Develop Resources: Create playbooks, rubrics, and other collateral to support adherence to best practices across the revenue organization. Conduct Training Sessions: Lead organizational and team-level trainings, workshops, and feedback sessions. What You Bring to the Table: Experience: 8+ years of experience across revenue functions, with at least 5+ years specifically in a revenue operations team, either in enablement, strategy, or operations. Experience: 8+ years of experience across revenue functions, with at least 4+ years specifically in Enablement. Additional operations or strategy experience is a bonus. Leadership: 5+ years of experience in leading and scaling high-performing teams. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Customer Support, Program Management, Finance, and Product teams to streamline processes, optimize workflows, and drive cross-functional alignment. Customer Understanding: Deeply understand your internal and external customers' needs and ensure our RevOps roadmap is focused on driving the most critical and impactful work for those teams by building the foundation to scale. Operations Intelligence: Work with executive leadership (i.e - CEOs or Co-Founders) to identify, prioritize, and manage our roadmap of dashboards, metrics, and KPIs that enable data-driven insights and data-oriented management and tracking of our business Methodologies: Strong understanding of sales processes and modern methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, Challenger, SPIN). Mindset: Player-coach with an ownership mentality, demonstrating the ability to operate effectively in fast-paced environments and scale functions with limited oversight.Establish and operationalize structured, scalable, and repeatable processes across our GTM funnel. Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with high aptitude for complex problem solving and strategic prioritization. Problem-Solving: High aptitude for complex problem solving and strategic prioritization. Influence: Ability to drive alignment and influence key strategic stakeholders across the organization.
