Your "Take Off" will be successful by doing the following with excellence: Must be willing to report to the office daily Gathers business requirements and pair to Workday features / capabilities. Serves as a Subject Matter Expert for Workday Financial Modules. Identifies and resolves systems issues using ERP solutions and ticketing system(s). Participates in data governance and applies data management best practices. Monitors and troubleshoots inbound and outbound integrations between Workday and integrated financial systems. Coordinates with suppliers for issues and task progress. Supports Finance areas in Workday, including FP&A reporting, Expenses, Grants, Inventory, Procurement, AP/AR, Projects, etc. Performs data inquiries, extracts, reports, and uploads in support of operations, customer support and system integrity. Participates in ERP governance committee activities and assist in executing against the planned roadmap. Collaborates with cross-departmental representatives to prioritize patches, fixes, enhancements, and testing to support the ERP ecosystem. Creates training articles, videos, and guides to facilitate change adoption and re-enforce best practices. Performs related work as required.
