Invest your talents in us, and we'll return the compliment. Job Description: The Account Executive will focus on hunting top opportunities within investment banks and advisory firms based in NYC. This is an exciting opportunity for an accomplished seller to join a rapidly scaling business and become part of a world class team selling class leading technologies. Skills and Responsibilities Cover a defined set of investment banks and advisory firms evangelizing and selling Datasite's core SaaS suite of products. Strategically map, define and execute a territory plan. Building lasting and productive relationships with clients to drive business. Running the full end to end sales process from discovery to close. Confidently demo Datasite software tools for a variety of uses cases across a wide range of client personas. Thrive in a collaborative and team selling environment. High energy and natural self-starter Strong negotiation skills to close business at a fast pace. Provide timely client support and service by leveraging internal resources to solve complex business challenges. Naturally curious with desire to learn and stay current with market trends within financial markets. Maintain accurate records of all call activity in and report call information, sales leads, and customer profiles correctly and accurately in a timely manner. Requirements Minimum Education: Bachelor Degree Minimum Experience: 3-4 years field sales experience (software sales preferred) Excellent presentation and client communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Ongoing ability to learn new products and services. Competent CRM-Salesforce skills Proficient in pipeline management and forecasting Ability to call on C-level executives. Clear understanding of and experience with consultative sales process. Ability to adjust approach in order to fit different buyer motivators. Aptitude to take personal responsibility for customer satisfaction. Ability to negotiate and manage client expectations. Ability to negotiate complex pricing agreements and contract terms. Demonstrated service orientation with a desire to exceed customer expectations. Demonstrated problem solving and decision-making skills. Proactive planner and forward thinker. Demonstrated perseverance with clients and with process implementation. Ability to achieve results in partnership with others. Self-motivation to achieve desired results. Demonstrate the desire to become the best at everything they do. Pay Transparency The base salary range represents the estimated low and high end for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, each candidate's compensation offer may vary and will be determined based on but not limited to, your geographic region, skills, qualifications, and experience along with the requirements of the position. Datasite reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Salary Range - $67,500 - $120,000 This is an Evergreen requisition designed to gather a talent pool for current or future open positions.
