For more information, please visit our . **Please note: U.S. work authorization is required for this position** Position Summary: The Executive Business Administrator will be an administrative partner and tactical supporter to the President of MSI. Approximately, one third of the Administrator's time will involve communications, one third supporting the President and the Executive Management Team (EMT) and the one third supporting events. The Administrator will be responsible for developing company and executive communications across oral, written, and digital platforms. The Administrator will track critical events, help leadership prioritize and follow through on critical taskers and initiatives, reduce administrative burdens, manage company and executive events for impact, and present a professional point of contact for partners and associates. The Administrator will have a history of excellent respect for executive confidentiality. This position will be based out of the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan area with a blend of remote and office requirements. Responsibilities: Draft, edit, and format information for internal and external communication including memos, emails, presentations, and reports. Attend and document senior meetings, track roles and responsibilities, help keep taskers and initiatives on track. Support cross-company initiatives, special projects, and company reporting requirements. Monitor due dates and assist in their completion including keeping contributors on schedule and editing products. Own and complete administrative and other initiatives of increasing responsibility including roll out of new policies such as return to work guidance. Provide logistical support to regular company functions including EMT weekly, quarterly meetings, bi-weekly all-company meetings, Networking Days, company townhalls, and special meetings. Organize, send invites, track attendees, take notes, and administer presentations. Develop and maintain positive and productive relationships with MSI's EMT. Support targeted research and analysis tasks related to the development industry. Perform administrative tasks as required. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required. Minimum five years of progressive experience required. Experience providing executive-level support strongly preferred. Experience planning meetings and events required. Strong critical and analytical thinking, problem solving, attention to detail, and organization skills required. Ability to maintain confidentiality to sensitive material essential. Proficiency in virtual communication platform required. Experience with Microsoft Teams preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required. Ability to utilize data manipulation and basic graphics with Excel preferred. Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint preferred.
