We are looking for a Director of Enterprise Applications to join the CFO leadership team in our Teaneck New Jersey office. We are seeking a creative, agile, and hands-on Director of Enterprise Applications to build and lead our global enterprise applications function from the ground up, managing all non-sales enterprise applications and their integrations. The ideal candidate will drive efficiency across the business by thoroughly understanding our processes and identifying opportunities for automation. This role will architect our enterprise software strategy, implement key systems, and optimize business operations through strategic application of technology solutions. A day in the life and how you'll make an impact: Conduct comprehensive analyses of current business processes across all departments to identify inefficiencies and automation opportunities Develop and execute a strategic plan for enterprise applications that focuses on increasing operational efficiency and reducing manual workload Design and implement automation solutions and enterprise software systems to streamline business processes Collaborate closely with all business units to understand their unique workflows and challenges Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the impact of automation initiatives on business efficiency Create and manage a prioritized roadmap of automation projects based on potential business impact and feasibility Oversee the selection, implementation, and integration of enterprise applications that support efficiency goals Develop and maintain IT budgets related to enterprise applications and automation projects Establish best practices for process optimization and change management to ensure successful adoption of new systems and workflows Build relationships with key stakeholders to align automation efforts with business objectives Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends in process automation and enterprise applications Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred 7+ years of experience in IT roles, with a strong focus on process improvement and enterprise applications Proven track record of successfully implementing automation solutions and optimizing business processes Deep knowledge of ERP, SCM, HCM, and other enterprise software systems, with a focus on their automation capabilities Extensive experience in business process analysis, mapping, and re-engineering Strong background in project management and change management Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements Proficiency in data analysis and visualization to support decision-making and demonstrate ROI Experience with workflow automation tools, RPA (Robotic Process Automation), and/or low-code platforms Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Key Attributes: Detail-oriented with a passion for identifying and eliminating inefficiencies Creative problem-solver able to envision innovative solutions to complex business challenges Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously and drive initiatives forward Adaptable and resilient, comfortable with navigating organizational complexities Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and guide without direct authority Continuous learner, always seeking to expand knowledge of new technologies and automation techniques Ideally, we're looking for: Hands-on experience optimizing finance operations and related systems Track record of successful collaboration with C-level executives to drive organizational efficiency Familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies Experience in multiple high-growth company environments, demonstrating ability to apply efficiency principles across various business contexts and ability to learn and adapt quickly Benefits we offer: Competitive Medical, Dental, Vision.
