HVAC Technician

Job Type Full-time Description We are seeking an experienced in-house HVAC technician to complete work orders and be responsible for preventative maintenance and new installs. Requirements Skill sets should include: • 5+ Years of Commercial HVAC experience • Universal certifications • Boiler and Chiller experience is a plus • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills • Basic computer skills, including email and SmartSheets is a plus • Experience with older buildings is a plus • Must be organized and maintain a clean work space • Daily communication with the office manager on job progress and supply needs • Reports to management upon job completion or when problems/discrepancies occur • Adheres to established policies and procedures, paying particular attention to safety regulations • Must have the ability to work on and support a team, basic computer skills and email knowledge, effective time management skill and the ability to lift and carry a minimum of 50lbs We offer: 401(K) 401(K) matching Dental insurance Employee assistance program Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Referral program Retirement Vision insurance Full Time position - no contract work Salary Description $35.00 per hour
