Maintenance Technician

Apartment Maintenance Technician Job Responsibilities : - Monitor and maintain the property grounds and common areas daily, ensuring a clean and inviting appearance. - Perform general repairs in apartments, including patching drywall, painting, repairing or changing locks, light plumbing tasks (sinks, drains), and minor electrical work (changing outlets and fixtures). - Prepare vacant apartments for new residents by ensuring all necessary repairs and touch-ups are completed. - Respond to routine maintenance requests and address issues efficiently. - Conduct snow removal during winter months to ensure safety and accessibility. - Complete all work orders and tasks in a timely, professional manner - Attend to any needs or request afterhours on a rotational on-call basis Job Requirements Apartment Maintenance Technician Job Requirements : - 1+ years of experience in a maintenance or handyman type role required - Knowledge/experience in basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry required - Must have a valid drivers license
