The Amenity Collective is seeking an experienced Lead Financial Analyst to join our team. This role is key in delivering in-depth financial analysis and insights to enhance our operational efficiency and support strategic growth. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with in-depth Workday Financials experience, capable of automating data processes and collaborating with both operational and financial leadership to maximize the impact of our financial information. As industry leaders in Lifestyle Services, we are committed to setting trends and redefining the standards of amenity offerings ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES Dashboard Development: Create and maintain dashboards in Workday to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and assess overall business health, enabling data-driven decision-making. In-Depth Financial Analysis: Conduct thorough analyses of various business expenditure areas, including travel, procurement, and headcount, to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve financial performance. Trend and Benchmark Analysis: Examine financial results in relation to industry trends and operational benchmarks to uncover areas for improvement and strategic opportunities. Reporting Automation: Automate the creation of monthly financial reports and presentations within Workday. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various teams to provide valuable financial insights that support strategic decision-making and drive business value. Forecasting and Planning: Support the development and refinement of forecasting tools and processes to enhance financial planning capabilities. System Implementation Support: Assist with company-wide system implementations and evaluate new transactions, mergers, or acquisitions as needed. SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Experience: At least 3 years of experience in Workday Financials. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical capabilities with a proven ability to build and interpret complex financial analyses and reports from scratch. Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing key tasks. Communication Skills: Effective communicator with the ability to present financial information clearly to individuals at all levels, including executive management.
