Veterinary Receptionist Williamsburg Veterinary Clinic Williamsburg, VA Summary: Williamsburg Veterinary Clinic is a fast paced, three doctor, general practice in Williamsburg, VA. Job Responsibilities: •Checking clients in for all forms of appointment, checking out and discharging patients, invoicing •Provide customer service such as greeting customers, answering questions, processing incoming patients, and handling payments •Create a warm and welcoming environment, maintaining a friendly and understanding demeanor •Answer phone calls which may include answering questions, scheduling appointments and recording messages for doctors and staff •Handle incoming and outgoing emails and monitor two way texting systems •Listen and respond to voicemail •Management of both electronic medical records and written medical records •Update and file patient written charts •Retrieve prescriptions and check clients out for prescriptions fills •Maintain the cleanliness of waiting room, organizing client educational materials Skills / Qualifications: •High School Diploma or relevant education and work experience •Customer Service •Organizational Skills •Tech Savvy •Team oriented •Communication skills Physical Requirements: •Must be able to stand, sit, squat, lift and /or walk for short durations •must be able to lift up to 40 pounds infrequently All Full Time Team Members are eligible for benefits, including: •Competitive base pay plus revenue share bonus program! •Best-in-class medical, vision, and dental insurance •Short-term and long-term disability •Life insurance •401k with match •Paid time off •Free continuing education •Mental health support •And more!
