We are looking for a Brand Partner (Outside Sales Account Executive) to join our sales team serving SMB and larger brands in New York. We seek an experienced, motivated and hands-on sales expert who is passionate about SMB & Enterprise brands in foodservice, coffee, and retail industries. ROLE SUMMARY: As a Brand Partner you will build out and manage a pipeline of outbound sourced leads focused on your market territory, from samples drop off through to order placed. You will support these opportunities through to a completed sale, thereby achieving your monthly and quarterly targets. You'll have a large pipeline of existing business and no shortage of leads & opportunities to close new business. You will be supported by an account management team to ensure your deals have a great experience post purchase. You'll need to be very comfortable having fact finding discussions with global brands and businesses of all shapes and sizes, understand their packaging goals and how to execute to satisfy their needs. You'll have a sense of when to nurture and when to close and you'll be involved in changing the game when it comes to sustainable packaging, so you'll naturally have a desire to learn and grow quickly. YOU WILL BE: Building out and managing a pipeline of outbound sourced leads focused on your market territory, from samples drop off through to order placed to achieve your targets. Communicating via a mixture of in-person meetings and phone/email/video to understand the customers' needs. Continuously learning about new products that we release to effectively communicate the attributes and benefits to customers. Creating quotes & proposals to send to prospective customers. Manage ongoing relationships with assigned and key existing customers within territory to ensure they keep buying on repeat and increase their programs as needed. Manage day-to-day conversations, tasks, and follow-ups to efficiently close business. Keep the CRM up to date REQUIREMENTS : 2-3 years' experience in Mid-market & Enterprise Sales, as an Account Executive or other sales focused role in a B2B environment You're an accomplished sales achiever who is consistently ranked in the top 20% of your peer group Experience in working cross functionally with other teams High attention to detail Experience in a high growth business Self-starter with strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks Strong organizational skills Bonus: Food industry and packaging industry or manufacturing. logistics experience WHAT NOISSUE WILL PROVIDE: A smart, dedicated and awarded team where everyone around you wants to achieve and create great work.
