Construction Estimator

Trillium Construction is now seeking a Construction Estimator for a direct-hire position! Our client has a need for a construction estimator. This is a direct hire role with a great company that is growing. They specialize in all facets of construction but the estimator role will focus on commercial construction. Duties: -Prepares budgets, estimates, and pre-bid packages for construction projects to be built for our clients -Speaks with subcontractors and suppliers to describe scope requirements and deadlines -Input bid pricing in software to completely summarize project cost and bid -Write up project scope narratives in proposal format that is easily understood -Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations Full benefit package and pto packing will be offered. Annual salary is $120k/year! Apply now! Qualifications: -5+ years ground up commercial construction in preconstruction estimating -Intermediate skill level with MS Excel, Word, and Outlook -Preferred project experience should include, but not limited to: Medical building, Restaurants, and Mixed- Use. -Advanced knowledge of general construction methods which include metal/steel structure framing.
