Job Summary The Child Mind Institute will be accepting applications for a one-year, full time, postdoctoral fellowship, in the Anxiety Disorders Center for . The Anxiety Disorders Center offers innovative treatment services for children, adolescents and young adults suffering from a variety of anxiety disorders and comorbid disorders, through several specialized treatment programs, including the OCD Intensive Program, Social Anxiety Program, and Selective Mutism Service. Clinical training and experience include conducting semi-structured clinical assessments, individual and group therapies, didactics, individual and group supervision, providing community education, supervision of externs (with oversight and training in providing supervision), and exposure to research. Fellows will also receive specialized training in the treatment of children and adolescents with Selective Mutism and OCD and may elect to receive specialized training in additional areas. Fellows are encouraged and guided to develop areas of interest and specialization. Reporting to their respective center's Senior Director. This is an exempt, full time, hybrid (minimum 3 days in office) position located in our NYC headquarters office. Primary Faculty The Anxiety Disorders Center staff includes leading clinical psychologists, social workers and mental health counselors. Center staff regularly collaborates with pediatric neuropsychologists, child and adolescent psychiatrists, and child and adolescent psychologists and other staff from our multidisciplinary clinical team.
