Your excellent communication skills will be at the forefront as you facilitate the scheduling of in-home appointments for our dedicated team of Doctors. And the best part? All client and doctor communications will be conducted over the phone, giving you the flexibility to make a difference from anywhere. Job Responsibilities: Answering client calls in a timely and supportive manner Address concerns and coordinate care compassionately Gather and document the pet's medical information Schedule appointments in a logical and effective manner Support client relations with multiple veterinarians Go above and beyond to be compassionate when assisting clients, their pets, and doctors Communicate routinely with Operations Manager, veterinarians, and staff by keeping them informed of client issues, requests, appointment information, and any pertinent information Skills / Qualifications: Must reside in Philadelphia, PA At least 2 years of customer service experience At least 5 years of experience practicing front-line animal care specifically in a veterinary office Communication skills, strong and professional interpersonal skills, and displays compassion Organizational skills Tech savvy Ability to multi-task Benefits: Part-time and full-time opportunities $16 - $19 per hour Bonus Opportunities Health, vision, and dental insurance Short-term and long-term disability Life insurance 401k with match Employee assistance program with licensed social worker on staff Paid time off And more!
