A premier transatlantic legal search firm that places partners and groups at the world's leading law firms is looking for a Knowledge Manager. The role is hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 days remote. The Knowledge Manager works as part of a global knowledge management task force. The New York City office has 12 employees and is a tight team. . There is room for growth in the position. The company offers significant flexibility to accommodate the daily demands of life outside the workplace and a "family and good health come first" employer. The current person in the role is being promoted internally. The office is located on Sixth Avenue near Rockefeller Center. About the Job: Work within a team of assigned recruiters (another will be added after initial period) to drive revenue and optimize recruiting performance Schedule meetings and calls with candidates and clients and sending calendaring invites Champion the company's initiative of providing its clients and candidates with a deep knowledge of local and global market conditions and dynamics by ensuring that recruiters are armed with the most recent market knowledge. Schedule client, recruiter, and candidate meetings, interviews, and video conferences Identify, capture, record, and deliver information needed to all team members and company-wide, as needed including coordinating and hosting team collaboration meetings that drive the next generation of new business Work with recruiters to determine what reports, support, coaching, and reminders they need to optimize their performance Collaborate with and support other Knowledge Managers throughout the organization, facilitate meetings to implement best practices throughout the organization, and continually fine-tune and improve this process Organize, store, and analyze company data as professionally and effectively as possible, while safeguarding security and confidentiality standards Drive business leads by researching market trends through the company's database and other internet-based sources about candidates and law firms Prepare background materials for candidate and client meetings Ensure all components of database research information, including market intelligence, target lists, meeting notes, and other essential information, stay current for the purpose of conducting search activity Run periodic best practices training sessions for the firm About You: Minimum of 4 years of experience in a related support position BA/BS from a college or university a plus Experience in law firms, legal or executive search, or professional services industries a plus Intuitive, takes initiative, is highly responsive, flexible, adaptable, solutions and task oriented.
