Your Mission: The Senior Account Executive will play a critical role in driving the growth of our company by identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities particularly in the banking sector. This role is focused exclusively on engaging with prospective clients, with the goal of expanding our market presence and revenue. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, a skilled negotiator, and a proven closer with a track record of success in B2B sales, particularly within the technology or financial services sectors. Your Responsibilities: New Business Development & Lead Generation: Identify and target potential clients in key markets through research, networking, and cold outreach. Develop and execute a robust lead generation strategy to build a strong pipeline of new business opportunities. Utilize CRM tools to track and manage leads, ensuring consistent follow-up and movement through the sales funnel. Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to acquiring new clients and achieving revenue growth. Customize pitches and presentations to align with the specific needs and challenges of potential clients, particularly within the RegTech and FinCrime sectors. Monitor and adjust strategies as needed to respond to market conditions and client feedback. Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the entire sales process from initial contact through closing, ensuring timely progression of deals through the pipeline. Use data-driven insights to forecast sales outcomes and adjust tactics accordingly. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems. Negotiation & Closing: Lead contract negotiations with prospective clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with company goals. Overcome objections and effectively address client concerns to secure commitment and close deals. Maintain a high closing ratio by consistently applying best practices in sales negotiation. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including Marketing, Product, and Customer Success, to align on sales strategies and client needs. Provide feedback from the market to influence product development and marketing initiatives. Collaborate on the creation of marketing materials and campaigns that support new business development. Communication & Presentation: Deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the value of our RegTech solutions and differentiating us from competitors. Communicate effectively with all levels of client organizations, from decision-makers to end-users. Ensure that all communications are clear, concise, and aligned with the company's brand and messaging. Your Profile: 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of success in acquiring new clients and closing deals. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus. Experience in the technology or financial services sectors is highly desirable, particularly within RegTech. Strong understanding of sales processes, with an emphasis on lead generation, pipeline management, and negotiation. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong problem-solving skills and a growth mindset.
