Job Title: Senior Electrical Project Manager Company: United Trades of America Location: Dallas, Austin, Texas, and Reno Salary: $100k - $185k About Us: United Trades of America is a leading provider of skilled labor in the construction industry. We are looking for an experienced Senior Electrical Project Manager to oversee large-scale electrical projects. Responsibilities: - Develop clear and concise work statements for field operations that align with project goals. - Manage daily project administration, supervising staff or multiple Project Managers. - Train and mentor Project Managers on company philosophy and operational systems. - Negotiate and oversee the preparation of change orders for projects. - Maintain detailed logs to track project progress and performance. - Train and supervise a Project Assistant in managing project tracking tools. - Liaise with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure smooth construction activities. - Collaborate with onsite Foreman and Area Superintendent to ensure timely project delivery within budget. - Investigate and resolve any serious issues, implementing corrective actions as necessary. - Represent the company in meetings with clients and subcontractors. - Prepare monthly cost reports and manage financial aspects of contracts, including progress billing and equipment rentals. - Protect the company's interests while building strong client relationships. Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Construction Management (preferred). - 5-7 years of project management experience in construction, focusing on electrical systems. - Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. - Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore).
