Poste et missions As an ED-level GSF Solutions Salesperson, he/she/they will be responsible for developing and executing the commercial strategy of the financing platform in the Americas. This will include client tiering and acquisitions, deal origination, pre/post trade relationship management, and facilitating the on-boarding/ due diligence process. The new hire willbe responsible for the origination and execution of collateralized financing transactions on a wide range of underlying assets (credit, fixed income, equity, funds) and formats (Repos, TRS, pledged loans, note, etc.) registered in trading or banking books, with various client segments (including, banks, insurance companies, asset managers, hedge funds). He/she/they will be responsible for Identifying issues and origination of transactions linked to the financing/liquidity needs of a diverse client base including banks, insurers, asset managers and hedge funds. This requires a good understanding of the clients' business models, regulatory framework, and a high commercial intensity. Marketing and executing the full suite of securities financing opportunities through repo, TRS, loan with pledge, securities lending, notes, and derivatives to solve for client needs including liquidity, leverage, market access, hedging and balance sheet relief. Mentoring and educating coverage bankers and markets sales teams as to the product landscape and opportunity set. Partnering with Coverage and client management team to optimize client relationships and cross-sell Natixis' broader product suite in-line with the broader CIB strategy. Contributing to the strategy and business development efforts of the financing pillar of global markets. Collaborating with regional teams (LATAM/Canada) to expand presence and diversify the client base. Participating in the enhancement of the 1LOD model and reinforce the commercial controls. The salary range for this position will be between $250,000 - $350,000. Natixis is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. Actual base salary will vary and will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, education, skills set, applicable licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Base salary is only one component of our total rewards package. Natixis also offers a generous benefits package, and you may be eligible for a discretionary incentive award depending on company and individual performance.
