Director, Capital Markets and Investments The Director, Capital Markets is a key member of the global Corporate Treasury team - a team which is responsible for management of global cash flow, working capital, liquidity, capital markets financing, investments, debt covenant compliance, financial and foreign exchange risk management, treasury operations and controls, and more. This position reports to the VP of Global Tax & Treasury and is responsible for leading and overseeing the global treasury function as it relates to capital market matters such as financing transactions, investment portfolio strategy and management, and financial risk management. More specifically, the responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to: •Capital Markets Related: o Develop and implement capital markets strategies to support the financing needs and initiatives of the Company. o Manage the debt covenant compliance process, financial ratio analysis and calculations, and filing obligations. o Oversee the forecasting of debt service, interest expense amortization and coordination of related principal and interest payment processing. o Foster positive relationships with lenders, investment bankers, rating agencies, and financial advisors. •Investment Related: o Direct the strategy and policy for investing cash and managing an investment portfolio to enhance yield while ensuring liquidity, safety and preservation of principal. This involves close partnership and alignment with VP, Client Funds Processing and Operations. o Administration of the Corporate investment policy compliance process. o Serve as a key member of the Investment Committees that oversee the Corporate and Payment Services investments. •Financial Risk Management Related: o Create, execute and report on a Financial Risk Policy and Strategy. o Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and risks such as interest rate exposure and foreign exchange movements to inform decision making on potential use of various derivatives and hedge structures. •Other: o Support functional and management reporting relating to areas of responsibility. o Work closely with Finance leadership, senior leadership and private equity sponsors. o Review Board, Audit Committee and Private Equity Sponsor deliverables. o Liaise and build strong relationships with Finance functions (FP&A, Tax, Accounting, etc.), Corporate Development, Legal and other stakeholders. Required Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Management, or related field. •Advanced degree a plus. •Minimum of 10 years of experience, 5 of which involved managing a team, with a track record of increased responsibilities in a combination of corporate finance, investment management, capital markets, debt financing and covenant compliance, or financial risk management with private equity and/or public company experience preferred. The pay range for this position is $155,200 to $223,100, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
