Description The Account Executive will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by prospecting, developing a book of clients, building and maintaining strong relationships, and ensuring the successful delivery of our product. This role requires a hunter mentality, proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities, delivering exceptional customer service, responsive communication, creative thinking and a partnership-focused approach. The ideal candidate will have experience in outside sales, time management to meet customer expectations, a strong history in closing, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities at once. Reports to: Director of Custom Training Supervises: N/A Essential Functions: •Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets. •Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, event participation, and cold calling. •Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. •Present and demonstrate the value of products and services to prospective clients. •Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits. •Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports. •Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery. •Ability to travel regularly in NY, NJ, PA as needed. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree, or equivalent job experience with a proven record of success •5-7 years sales and/or business development experience with successful growth and meeting or exceeding targets •Self-starter, highly motivated, and goal-oriented with a strong drive to succeed •Excellent written and verbal communication skills. •Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. •Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. •Start-up experience is a plus, but not required Final candidates will be subject to a background screening.
