As the Administrative Assistant you will be responsible for providing support services for an Enterprise integrated team. This position will provide internal and external customer support while completing and timely documentation as required. Specific duties include: Manages training calendars, rosters, and the registration website. Demonstrates knowledge on training requirements for both employees and resource families (RRTS). Manages supplies for trainings, prepares packets and paperwork, and arranges the venue as needed. Schedules relevant, purposeful trainings. Completes training applications for the state. Completes individual training certificates. Assures that trainers receive payment. Monitors inboxes and responds in a timely manner to emails, calls, and other forms of communication. Keeps neat records of training evaluation forms and other training-related documentation. Supports multiple programs, including but not limited to RRTS, PMIC, QRTP, and FCS. Assures that record confidentiality is maintained. Assures completion of data entry into defined systems per established timelines. Implements database management policies and procedures per regulatory and legal standards and Enterprise guidelines. Assures accurate and timely data entry into defined database formats. Assures compilation, storage and retrieval of pertinent data working effectively. Provides professional internal and external customer service. Assists clients with resource and referral information as needed. Provides clerical assistance as needed. Makes calls or mailings as assigned by the Program Director, recording and reporting back responses. Works with programs as assigned to upload documents into the file. Why Work here?
