As an Implementation Supervisor II , youll play a key role in supporting and executing mid to large-scale Helix Migration projects across single or multi-site locations. What Youll Do Strategize and Lead: Analyze customer solutions and build tailored migration plans that meet unique client needs and support company goals. Develop Project Models: Oversee project-specific implementation models, including deployment planning, scheduling, communication, user training, and reporting. Coordinate Cross-Functional Teams: Manage and inspire multi-departmental teams to deliver seamless project implementations from start to finish. Analyze and Optimize: Conduct project analysis, document key insights, and complete post-implementation reviews to ensure continuous improvement. Communicate with Impact: Host meetings with clients and stakeholders, generate weekly project reports, and collaborate closely with Program Managers to ensure every project milestone is met. Travel to Support Success: Support account migrations with on-site visits and potential international travel based on project needs.
