Performance Analyst, Private Credit

A financial services firm in Connecticut is currently seeking a new Performance Analyst - Private Credit for a promising opportunity with their growing team in Stamford. ***This is a Hybrid opportunity requiring the qualified professional to work at least 3 days a week onsite.*** Responsibilities: The Performance Analyst - Private Credit will: Design and develop reporting for Private Credit Funds Create and maintain marketing materials (i.e., track record, performance updates, etc.) Prepare and review of quarterly investor reporting deliverables Performing ad hoc investor inquiries, as needed Qualifications: 4+ years of experience at a Private Credit Fund, Hedge Fund or other Financial Institution Bachelor's Degree Familiarity calculating performance and exposure metrics Understanding of key portfolio company financial metrics (EBITDA, Leverage, LTV, ICR) Excellent Excel skills, technically savvy and experienced in analyzing large data files Solid analytical and research skills Great interpersonal skills Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Strong attention to detail Highly organized Desired Skills: CFA or desire to pursue CFA Experience with programming languages (e.g. SQL, Python, VBA)
