Job Title: Human Resources Partner Contract Duration : 3+ Months Pay range : $50 - 65/hr Location : Parsippany, NJ Work Type : Hybrid, 3 days Onsite and 2 days Remote Join our team as a Human Resources Partner! Are you a skilled HR professional with a passion for supporting employees and driving organizational success? We're seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Human Resources Partner. This role involves partnering with HR Business Partners and business leaders to deliver comprehensive HR solutions and support employee engagement, development, and performance. Key Responsibilities: Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to support people strategies. Develop a deep understanding of client groups and align HR initiatives with their needs. Partner with Senior HR Partners on strategic client-centric projects. Facilitate change management and integration activities. Manage employee relations activities within assigned client groups. Provide HR expertise on employment laws and practices. Conduct research and recommend solutions for HR projects, processes, and policies. Prioritize people development and coach managers to drive high performance. Partner on talent management practices related to leadership and employee development. Employ project management techniques to manage projects and initiatives. Partner with HR COEs to provide support in Talent Acquisition, Leave Management, Compensation planning, and other HR programs. Leverage people analytics to drive insights into action, focusing on retention and engagement. Partner with Compensation and HR Services for position reviews, new job descriptions, and compensation adjustments. Partner with TA and HR Services for new/existing requisitions aligned with headcount planning. Utilize employee feedback from surveys to analyze results and follow up on action items. Support learning and development activities across client groups. Provide additional support and expertise as needed. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in HR or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in HR or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience supporting and influencing senior-level leadership. Ability to support corporate US and Canada employees. HRIS experience, Workday preferred. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong presentation skills, including data translation, deck builds, meeting engagement, and follow-up. Excellent analytical skills to summarize data and recommend solutions. Excellent customer service and follow-through skills. Strong learning agility, strategic thinking, and problem-solving. Ability to operate in a matrixed environment. Proven organizational, planning, project management, and prioritization skills. Ability to multi-task and consistently meet deadlines. Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professional demeanor. Ability to handle challenging situations with grace and tact. Commitment to quality work, customer service, and a "can-do" attitude. Resourceful and able to work independently with good judgment, initiative, and common sense. Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in HR, Leadership, OD, Org. Behavior, or MBA. CIPD, PHR, or SPHR or other HR certification. Experience in a business partnering environment with a COE service model.
