Our team focuses on providing treatment based on each individual patient's specific needs. Our triage process allows us to assess patients by the severity of illness and the needs of the patient - significantly reducing wait times, accomplishing registration immediately and accelerating treatment based on acuity level.A caregiver in this position works varying shifts. This is a PRN position.A caregiver who excels in this role will:Assist with direct and indirect patient care for one to two patients, such as rooming, vital signs, weight and pulse oximetry. If assigned to a closed unit, you will observe three to four patient safety by ensuring that catheters, tubes or other medical equipment have not been removed or disconnected.Accompany and assist patients at all times, including transport, tests, transfers, and report changes in patient status to an RN or plete all documentation and provide hand-off communication to caregivers responsible for the qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:A high school diploma or GED.Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:Heartsaver level of Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA). If you do not hold this certification, you must obtain it within three months of hire.Knowledge and understanding of basic patient care activities, such as basic hygiene, skin care and vital signs.Our caregivers continue to create the best outcomes for our patients across each of our facilities.
